Fried Salmon Belly

This is a fast dinner I made. I was so hungry earlier that I thought of fast preparation of food. There's no other ingredients but just salmon belly that I bought at the Filipino store. I cleaned it, scaled it and put salt on it and just fried. To make it even more tasty, after it's fried and put on a plate, I seasoned it with Knorr Liquid Seasoning as you can see in the picture.

When you fry the salmon belly it tends to disintegrate so be very careful when you flip or take the salmon out of the frying pan. As you can see mine, it breaks into pieces because I used the kitchen tong instead of the flipper.

Avocado Roll

One night I visited my friend Lorie and she was watching online how to make this dish and that same week we keep asking each other if we already made it. Weeks passed and finally she did and offered to give me the remaining ingredients she had. I'm glad she gave me so it save me time and money going to the store.

The ingredients are very simple

1. Avocado
2. Sun dried tomato
3. Cilantro
4. Onion
5. Sea salt
6. Spring roll wrapper

Just mixed it the ingredient and wrap it with the spring roll wrapper and fry

Grilled Chicken (tita Raquel's recipe)

My aunt taught me this recipe. I really like her version of grilled chicken. She marinated the chicken overnight, but since I had to cook the chicken right the same night, I only marinated it for like 3 hours.

Ingredients:

1. Chicken thigh (you can also used chicken legs, wings or breast)

2. Seasoned rice vinegar (with roasted garlic)

3. Soysauce

4. Salt and pepper

5. Chicken bouillon

6. Garlic, crushed and minced

7. I put a dash of Cheyenne Powder for little bit of heat

Direction:

1. Mixed all the ingredients in a bowl.

2. Pour it in a ziplock resealable bag and place the chicken in the ziplock. Marinate the chicken overnight. Place it in the refrigerator.

2. Grilled the chicken. I used the Lean Mean Fat Grilling Machine

Lumpia Shanghai (Lorie's Recipe)

I also cooked lumpia shanghai as the side dish for my pancit canton. A week before my friend Lorie gave me the lumpia shanghai she made and it was delicious. I told her I'm gonna make one myself on the weekend for my boyfriend because he loves this Filipino dish.

Pancit Canton

I've cooked this few weeks ago and I forgot to post it.
Below are the pictures of the ingredients that I used and the dish itself.
